　　小编给大家带来了今年毕业生们的采访，一起来看看学长学姐们对不同AP课的理解与评价吧！

I've brought you interviews with this year's graduates, so let's take a look at their understanding and evaluation of different AP classes!

　　问：请问你最喜欢的AP课是哪门？请说明理由。

Q: What is your favorite AP class? Please explain why.

　　X学姐：最喜欢的AP是音乐理论！作为一门非常小众的AP学科，可以说学习的过程就像和老师一起在音乐的旷野里开荒，很有挑战性和趣味性。我本身就很喜欢古典音乐，加上乐队有对和弦编排、节奏和扒谱(视听练耳)的要求，可以说这样一门课让我提高了基本功，也能更好地理解了乐曲的构成和风格。总之，这真的是一门很独特很有魅力的学科，谁能拒绝的了一门考试都在听歌，要在考官的注视下高歌一曲的音乐理论呢？

Senior X: Favorite AP is Music Theory! As a very niche AP subject, I can say that the process of learning is like blazing through the wilderness of music with the teacher, which is challenging and fun. I love classical music myself, and with the fact that the orchestra has requirements for chord arrangements, rhythms, and picking out music (sight-reading), I can say that a class like this has allowed me to improve my basic skills and better understand the composition and style of the music. All in all, it's really a unique and fascinating subject. Who can say no to a music theory where the exams are all about listening to songs and having to sing under the examiner's watchful eyes?

　　Z学长：很喜欢物理。物理使我大脑飞速运转。

Senior Z: I really like physics. Physics makes my brain fly.

　　G学长：我选CSA吧。它教会了我计算机思维激发了我对新型科技的兴趣。

Senior G: I'll take CSA. It teaches me to think on computers and it's inspired me to be interested in new technologies.

　　S学长：AP2D和3D艺术是两门自由度很高也非常有趣的课。学生可以自己选择一个主题，利用上课时间围绕该主题进行创作和研究。另外一个我喜欢这两门课的理由是不用考试，只需要在年底把作品集上传。这两门课对艺术设计专业的学生能够提升专业技能，对于其他专业的也可以提升课程的多样性。

Senior S: AP 2D and 3D Art are two classes with a lot of freedom and a lot of fun. Students can choose a theme of their own and spend class time creating and researching around that theme. Another reason I like these two classes is that there are no exams, you just need to upload your portfolio at the end of the year. These two classes can enhance professional skills for art and design majors, as well as diversity in the curriculum for other majors.

　　Y学长：我最喜欢的AP课是Research。这门课给予了学生极大的自由度来研究自己感兴趣的主题，促进我们对于该领域的了解。然而，大自由度也意味着这门课对学生的时间管理能力提出了要求。Research提供了一个机会来体验大学学习的研究方式，帮助学生更好适应未来学习。另外，Research需要我们进行Evidence-based写作，如果与EnglishLanguage和一门历史AP课程一起学效果更佳。它的Presentation部分也很有帮助，我曾经很不擅长做演讲，但在经历了Seminar和Research之后，我在演讲时已经毫不紧张了。

Senior Y: My favorite AP class is Research, which gives students a great deal of freedom to research topics that interest them and promotes our understanding of the field. However, this freedom also means that the class requires students to have time management skills, and Research provides an opportunity to experience the research style of college learning, which helps students to better adapt to their future studies. In addition, Research requires us to do Evidence-based writing, which is even better when taken in conjunction with English Language and a History AP course. The Presentation part of it is also very helpful. I used to be very bad at giving presentations, but after going through Seminar and Research, I am no longer nervous when giving presentations.

　　L学姐：AP心理。课程内容比别的学科更贴近生活，有很多生动的例子帮助我们更好地了解到我们自己和别人。

Senior L: AP Psychology. The course content is closer to life than other subjects, and there are a lot of vivid examples to help us better understand ourselves and others.

　　R学姐：经济！宏微观经济是经济学领域的基础入门课，微观内容包括厂商理论、博弈论，宏观内容包括货币政策、经济周期等，学习这两门课程可以让我们以对事物的发展以及政策的制定有不同层面的认知。深入探究后，我们就会发现，经济学其实是一个很大的领域，其分支包括：计量经济学、劳工经济学、行为经济学等。每一个分支都有着独特的关注点、独特的魅力，值得我们一探究竟。

Senior R: Economics ! Macro and microeconomics is a basic introductory course in the field of economics, the micro content includes vendor theory, game theory, and the macro content includes monetary policy, economic cycles, etc. Learning these two courses allows us to have different levels of knowledge about how things develop and how policies are made. Upon deeper exploration, we will find that economics is actually a very large field, with branches including: econometrics, labor economics, behavioral economics, and so on. Each branch has a unique focus, unique charm, and is worth exploring.

　　C学姐：喜欢ap微积分！简单又好学，非常好拿分！在美国大学里可以换学分并且免掉入学数学考试哦～！

Senior C: Love ap calculus! Simple and easy to learn, very good for getting points! It can be exchanged for credits and exempted from the entrance math test in American universities!

　　C学长：我最喜欢的科目是APCalculusBC。数学这门基础学科是每个专业的敲门砖。BC相对于AB只是多了一些章节，学习的时候老师会教一些实用的知识，比如查重，引用，使用Latex等。Bytheway,CalculusBC在大学应该能兑换掉两个学期的微积分课，省了不少时间。

Senior C: My favorite subject is AP Calculus BC, a basic math subject that is the key to every major. BC has just a few more chapters than AB, and the teacher will teach you some practical knowledge, such as weight checking, citation, and use of Latex, etc. By the way, Calculus BC can be exchanged for two semesters of Calculus at the university, which saves a lot of time. It saves a lot of time.

　　S学长：统计吧。统计最大的优点是是贴近现实且容易实现跨学科的结合。比如计量经济学就会运用到统计知识和经济学理论，统计也常与政治结合用于验证政府政策合理性，当然，APResearch也会在实验中多方面运用到统计方面的知识。总之，统计学是一门非常实用的学科，学好统计也为大学选课提供了更多的选择。

Senior S: Statistics, I think. The best thing about statistics is that it is close to reality and easy to integrate across disciplines. For example, econometrics uses statistical knowledge and economic theories, statistics is often combined with politics to verify the rationality of government policies, and of course, AP Research also uses statistical knowledge in many aspects of experiments. In short, statistics is a very practical subject, and learning statistics provides more choices for college selection.
